Hi Reader! Happy New Year! I decided not to rush January. Or January decided that for me, rather. And this newsletter is going to look very skim as a result because *There is supposed to be a video here but it's not sending so just know -- I tried to smile and wave at you to begin the new year but my newsletter provider doesn't want to let me be great! LOL! So forgive my brevity but... here's the remaining portion of the newsletter for this month and we'll be back steady by February! Instead of announcing a new year with declarations and spectacle, I’ve been paying attention to what’s actually happening in my body, my spirit, and my days. And what I keep noticing is this: real change is often quiet. This past year has been marked by discipline, repetition, and care that doesn’t photograph well. Less performance. More faithfulness. Less announcing. More becoming. I know many of you are in similar territory. You’re not chasing a version of yourself anymore. You’re tending one. And that kind of work needs containment, patience, and support. That’s the spirit behind all of my Dream With Me offerings. These containers are for people who know something is forming beneath the surface and want intentional accompaniment as they listen, discern, and move with integrity. Dream With Me Offerings3-Month Dream With Me Container 6-Month Dream With Me Container Year-Long Sovereignty Mentorship All Dream With Me work begins with a (free) consultation call, so we can discern together which container is the best fit for where you are right now. You can schedule a consult and learn more here: If you’re in a winter, I want you to know this: something is still growing. And you don’t have to tend it alone. In Grace & Steadiness, P.S. I am a monthly guest on Lurie Daniels Favors Sirius XM radio show - but I got to record an epic podcast with her to start off the year talking about "embracing our cultural power". You can listen to it on Apple Podcast HERE! |

Hi Reader! Happy December! *This is about to be a little lengthy but I swear its worth it and it's for YOU! There is a version of me that 2020 required. A version that needed quiet, land, stillness, and a slower pace. A version of me that needed healing on a cellular level... not performative healing, not “vacation healing,” but the kind of healing where your soul sinks into the soil and remembers itself. And to honor that version, I built a life that matched her needs. I moved out of the...
Happy November Reader! Lately, I’ve been thinking about how sometimes we hold ourselves back from the level of success we’re capable of, not because we’re lazy, unprepared, or unqualified, but because visibility is actually terrifying. The more we are revealed, the more people believe they have the right to engage with us. To comment. To critique. To project. And so much of our modern, online life blurs the lines between familiarity and access. Our parasocial relationships are fascinating in...
Hi Reader! Happy October! There’s something magical about watching Solange perform. She’s not just singing — she’s building an archive with her body, her sound, her visuals. She’s saying: I was here, and this moment matters. I think a lot about that when I’m sitting in my PhD classes or working on my scholarship. Every text, every reflection, every quote I drop on Instagram or TikTok — it’s part of the archive too. It’s a way of saying, “this is what this is called,” and “we were here.” And...
